    Dre and Jimmy Iovine stopped by the Golden State Warriors practice facility on Tuesday (Jan. 9) where ESPN reporter Chris Haynes got the opportunity to chop it up with Dre for a few. When asked if Detox was shelved for good, the super producer/rapper replied, “I’m working on a couple songs right now. We’ll see.”

    Dre was specifically asked about Detox. He could of denounced it like he has before, but instead he answered like this eluding to it.

    Dre should drop a song a day for the next couple years...considering how many songs apparently have been made for "Detox"

    Yeah I was pretty positive he released Compton as a way to test the waters and take the pressure of himself. I also believed Compton is still a thing after hearing news from time to time about him working on music and The Pharmacy thing still going.

    Dre gonna drop Detox on our b---- a----s one day outta nowhere, probably gonna even dig up an old Pac verse, an Em verse from his prime, and it’s gonna be the greatest thing ever.

    Or it might completely s--- like Compton, or may never come out, who knows...

    You know, I find the timing of this to be interesting. With Jimmy leaving Apple, what if Dre is putting out Detox to keep apple music afloat. Spotify is killing apple music right now too.
