    Tbh we need different producers

    Id love some No ID and Sounwave production. He needs to mix it up and drop a shorter album imo

    It’s all for the streams. There’s a reason Drake/Wayne and others have released really long albums. More songs to stream = more sales. Tbh it’s cheating just to get he numbers up

    why would i be furious about an artist who i still listen to regularly making another good album? scorpion is big mid but I still listen to most of his other albums frequently

    I enjoy views more as time goes on compared to Scorpion. Scorpion probably is drakes least favorite album of mine. The last 2 girls i f----- I had drake music playing. Always respect drake for his kind of music getting you in the right groove.

    I honestly thought you were just trolling listening to lil pump, but you really do? Lol. Honestly in shock over that. Idk anyone out of high school that listens to the guy.

    I found Lil Pump on twitter in 2016 and jokingly told everyone he was gonna be huge thinking he was a joke rapper and then he actually blew up. So I gotta still rep my boy. His songs are mindless but they’re fun/sometimes hilarious and he gets good features to balance it (plus the songs are short and don’t overstay their welcome).

    I don’t listen to him super regularly, he’s just on my top artists of the week cuz I ran his new album thru twice lol

    I'm p surprised you guys think this. Big tentpole singles aside, Views is such a dour, joyless record. Scorpion is too long for its own good too, but I think it plays better than Views, which verged on self-parody - especially lyrically. I guess at the end of the day we're debating a B- vs a C+, or something

    idk, regardless, I'm holding onto this fantasy of Drake releasing, like, a 35-minute album some day, all hits, no filler. It's unlikely to ever happen but he's got it in him if he wants to

    I made a thread comparing them awhile back and after listening to Views front-to-back for the first time since like the month it came out, one thing that stood out to me is just how BAD the bad songs are. Scorpion only has a few complete duds, but there's also only a few songs that pick up above a 6/10 or so for me (Blue Tint, God's Plan, Nice For What, etc). It's just such a slog for me because most of the songs are "fine," but nothing really stands out. At least on Views there are a solid number of highs for me.

    I guess at the end of the day, Views has more songs that are total s---, but it also has more songs that I actually like. I'd take this condensed version of Views over either disc of Scorpion or any 12-13 song album you could make using songs from the two discs:

    1. Keep the Family Close
    2. Feel No Ways
    3. Weston Road Flows
    4. With You ft. PARTYNEXTDOOR
    5. Faithful ft. p---- C & dvsn
    6. Still Here
    7. Controlla
    8. One Dance ft. Wizkid and Kyla
    9. Grammys ft. Future
    10. Childs Play
    11. Pop Style
    12. Too Good ft. Rihanna
    (13. Hotline Bling)
