It took me 14 years to recognize this fact that Encore is Eminem’s fourth classic album.

Yesterday I accidentally turned on this album and listened to it completely from the first to the last track, and I admit that I experienced real pleasure !!! This is an incredible album, filled with burping, farting, a--- and some personal s---. This is the real Eminem, this is still the real Slim Shady!

I remember my first feelings when I bought this album in November 2004 at the CD and listened for the first time. I said this type - what the f---??
    :drake5:

A year later, I liked many tracks from the album, but I could not recognize this album as a classic even after several years.
    :khaled2:
It took a lot of time and a lot of s-----y things to happen so that I can feel this album.

In subsequent years, I needed to listen to a lot of s-----y albums from Eminem and a lot of s-----y songs so that I could finally see the real diamond in an album like Encore.

And yesterday, while the whole world remembered such s--- as MMLP2, I accidentally went into Spotify and turned on the album Encore. And I really enjoyed listening to this album like never before! And yes, now I officially recognize that Encore is 4 classics from Eminem, for the first time in my life!

This album is still worse than his first three albums, but nevertheless, this is a real classic right now! This is a very cool album. I like every f---ing song in this album, every f---ing farting and burping in this album! This is a classic farting and burping from Eminem. This is a classic.

I like his flow in this album, I like his singing, his choruses, I like the way he talks about all the crap in this album. This is a d--- cool album.
    :emeh:
Just listen, this is much better than everything that he has released in the last few years:

When a person is insane, as you clearly are, do you know that you're insane? when you're just sitting around reading guns and ammo, and masturbating in your own feces, do you just stop and go "wow, it's amazing how f---in crazy I really am"?

you make my pee pee go doing doing doing >>>

but seriously, no, its not a classic. not by a long stretch. It is however, miles better than anything he's released since and its still one of the most fascinating rap albums I've ever heard. Sure a lot of it is stupid but its framed in a way that makes it sound like some kind of descent into unbridled madness. It was still that same Em from the first 3 classics, the one that simply didnt give a f---, just buzzed out of his mind. If anything its only gotten better with time, especially with the trash he's released since.

To me its the definition of hit or (in this case hit and) miss. Comparing the albums post 2003 is splitting hairs, both the good and bad points I think its all about what style u like the most or dislike the most. I do think kamikaze is his best album since tes atm

    Has some truly awful songs.

But I think it is better than MMLP2,Revival & Kamikaze due to its highs.

The lows of the album don't let it to be a classic. Once you remove my 1st single, big weenie and maybe a--- like that people would at least call it a great album

definitely not a classic, but i don’t think it’s as bad as ppl make it out to be either

Songs 7-14 is what really brings this album down....but besides that it’s not bad

Sounds the same to me as it did in 2004. I guess it's less embarrassing than recovery and revival though, so there's that.

5 terrible songs in the middle will never let the album be a classic

But seeing as this is an album about not wanting to make an album i can see why he placed those joke songs.

Remove those and its still better than most of what hes released since 2011

While we are on the topics of highs. Its mind f---ing boggling he somehow made Believe in the same period as other revival songs

The poetry on that third verse @Big Cuntry is next level

Too many lows and flaws for this album to be considered a classic

Its highs are really really good, but the lows are disgusting.

    Revival still the worst
