    Are u a drug addict ? Me too! Well recovering, I'm 6 months clean off heroin. Use this thread to talk about life as a junkie, alcoholic, dope head, pill popper, even the raving e/Molly kids are welcome !! haha.
    But seriously use this thread to talk about ur addiction(s) and get help and support from ur friendly sxn80 members!

    It's the greatest high I've ever felt. The problem is after a few times when u come down from being high you withdrawl which feels like you have the flu but worse and also you feen out for it. The withdrawls keep you doing it everyday untill one day u have no money an you have Lost every thing. H controls ur life within a month. It's like taking a oxy times 100. I don't recommend trying it to Any one. The high is too amazing, and once you feel it you will never want to not feel it. The dealer also has no idea how strong the dope is he's selling you so it's very easy to OD. I used for almost 2 years. If it wasn't for almost dying an loosing every thing I would have never stoped. I'm one of the lucky ones. There's a 3% recovery rate. There is medication to help such as subutex suboxone and methodone which are synthetic opioids to help with cravings. I am currently on suboxone which is part of my recovery suggested to me in rehab 7 months ago

    Also I was not a needle user, which is rare. All my junkie buddy's used needles but I smoked it. Most people start smoking or snorting then go to shooting.

    Used to be an alcoholic,
    Not nearly as potent as heroin though of course lol,
    Just wanted to say this is an awesome thread and idea, and great job getting clean man!

    For any one who needs meetings go to CA I find it the best type of meetings over NA or AA. Coke wasn't even my DOC

    props for pulling yourself out of a pit like that, my family is riddled with addicts so I have seen the lowest of lows but also a few of them get out of that hole. that shiit is not easy to do :emoji_thumbsup:
