Apr 18, 2016 it's happening! And that was literally a 10 minute conversation lol, pls don't add that Lupe.
Apr 18, 2016 I'm still on the fence about modern Lupe I genuinely think his bangers that alienated the core fanbase (Pu$$y, Next To It, Deliver) are dope and he still has sparks of his old self (Mural, Prisoners) but he hasn't made a front-to-back good album since before the label started working him over.
Apr 18, 2016 Really wouldn't surprise me if this n----- put out an album that's just him rambling about pseudo philosophy, no rapping
Apr 18, 2016 His last album was the best thing he has put out in years.... since The Cool I would argue.
Apr 18, 2016 T&Y was definitely a much better effort than everything he had released since The Cool, but still does not go toe-to-toe with Food & Liquor
Apr 18, 2016 Of course not, F&L is a gem. It is one of the best rap album ever. That's like saying Nas - Life is Good was nice, but not nice like Illmatic. haha!
Apr 18, 2016 Yeah, I totally agree with what you're saying. Have seen some suggest T&Y is as good as his first two, though :s
Apr 23, 2016 I would definitely agree. There were a few missteps towards the end of the album, but overall it was fantastic.
Apr 24, 2016 "how many of us are interested in school?" n----- who the f--- is interested in school i f----- with t & y but I absolutely do not want to get to know this man
