    Great album...side note...Me and my friends use to play a drinking game whenever Ghost would rap about food. If you pay attention most of his tracks/features have at least one line about food

    I was in 9th grade when this dropped. This was a day one cop for me. None of my friends had the album back then. I would sing the old Iron Man cartoon theme song on our way to school, they had no idea what the h--- I was listening to. I remember the first time I heard “Mighty Healthy”- I lost count how many times I replayed that track alone. I recall that the track listing was also a little out of whack and Ghost used an Inspectah Deck beat. I don’t put the album above Ironman but it’s definitely one of the greatest albums of all time.

    It was alright, I liked “Buck 50” “Mighty Healthy” “Child’s Play” and “Wu Banga 101”. I came out of this wanting to hear more Redman than anything else tho.
