doesn't necessarily have to be rapping over london or metro production (even though it wouldn't k--- him to)

not sure many saw 50 coming back to rap in almost prime form and being a close friend of Em, there's gotta be some sort of invisible competition.

to spark this change, production is gonna have to change. flow has to change. his content HAS to change. nobody f---ing wants to hear faux-motivational music from him (which is hilarious that he supposedly rejected the "see you again" deal since it's all the way up his alley)

can or will Em completely rethink everything he currently knows about rap and re establish himself as a respected artist amongst today's relevant youth?

well, 50's AS close as he'll come to grodt and the other reason I'm using him is how he's hopped on the London train

you gotta think..50 was an incredible rapper but he was that much better cause he rapped over Dre production. he probably sat down recently and thought to himself



"well Dre production isn't relevant and he isn't making beats anyways..but who can I get a stimulus from who's on fire rn?"

and that's where london comes in

I think Em could completely drop another great album.

Not MMLP/MBDTF/TPAB Tier, but something really good.

If people accepted that his voice is basically shot, and he's not going to sound the same as 2002, then we can move on to things he can improve.

His flow, lyrics, production & delivery could all be improved on, and it'd make him a h--- of alot better.

No im fine with the mixtape. I don't expect any of them to chart lol.

I want him to go album mode and actually focus on it instead of being half assed like the past 5 years. I just want a final studio album from current fif. Been waiting for years....

I feel like if dropped ski two years ago, it wouldn't been nearly as good as if he were to drop it like this year

he needed some time to rethink his music and find himself again. with kanan tape, we can see he's found the magic formula.

Don't rush him. He's been announcing the album for years now. The kanan tape was cool. But a whole album with that subject matter would get tiresome. The SKI singles he put out like New Day, Major Distribution, My Life were actually pretty decent but the label did a s-----y job of promoting them. But yeah he's obviously had to scrap that album and start over because the songs would be dated.

I'm glad he used fresh production for the tape, sounded so smooth on em.
