    Proof aka Eminem's hype man was involved in a shooting fueled by alcohol and a game of pool. This shooting left two men dead. Reports indicate that Proof got upset over a game of pool and shot a man in the head, at which point a security guard neutralized the situation by killing proof.

    I say Proof deserved to die.

    I don't know if I'd say deserved, but can't really be too surprised to get shot after shooting someone else in a situation like that.

    No one mentions the fact he shot someone in the head, when he did that his life was already over.

    Proof was affiliated with D12World and RB. It was big news on the site when it happened. Even stranger was the fact that I bought "Searching For Jerry Garcia" just a few hours before his death. I remember when it happened there was a lot of confusion until more facts started coming in. Looking back, it does seem like he instigated the altercation. The guy that Proof shot, he supposedly had known him for years. The guard who shot Proof was the other guy's cousin, something like that. It seems that if Proof hadn't reacted so violently, this tragedy wouldn't have occurred. Of course when you're a nobody vs being the best friend of one of the most famous rappers of all time, people are more likely to believe the latter story. I wouldn't say he deserved to die but his actions seemed to have caused his own demise.

    No one really deserves anything... what does that even mean? If you s---t someone in the head in front of his family... you can expect a retaliation.

    I don't believe that if you do something heinous the universe has to punish you cosmically... I do believe if you k--- someone in front of their family chances are you are going to get done in. Did you deserve that? I'm neither here or there on the idea. Proof could have lived a life of benevolence before that night and surrender to the police and served his time for his crime for the rest of his life. Did he deserved to die right then and there?

    Super underrated album.

    I remember the day he died my gf at the time was living in Detroit so she got the news before me. She texted me and I didn't believe her. I went to get my iPod and found it on "72nd & Central" with low battery. Strange coincidence.

    He alluded to his own death so much. Not just dying but where and how. Like when he says "I'm in the club to beef, you gotta murder me there" on 40oz.

    Alcohol was involved which caused Proof to not think straight...RIP Proof...This is why Paul is always controlling Em...so he doesnt do nothing stupid and whip out his 9mm on Interscope
