Dec 30, 2014 The internet tells me that this movie came out on Christmas Day yet none of the theaters within a 30 mile radius have show times for it. Wtf gives? I live in MI btw.
Dec 30, 2014 It's only been released in NY and LA (I haven't had a chance to see it yet). It comes out nationwide on January 16.
Dec 30, 2014 Ahh ok. I had only seen the christmas day release date so i was confused as h---. Thanks
Jan 1, 2015 Perfect propaganda film especially with the recent events with The Interview Going to make a killing in theaters because of that alone, I'm sure it will be a good movie too though
Jan 2, 2015 Yeah looks like a great film. We also had planned to go see it the day after Christmas but couldn't find it online when we tried to buy tickets. We were confused as h--- too. Had to change plans and ended up just renting movies instead.
Jan 2, 2015 I cant wait for this movie. The last string of war movies been dope (Lone Survivor and Fury)
Jan 8, 2015 Screener leaked, Look hard enough and you can find it. Awesome flick. Cooper did a great job
Jan 9, 2015 Just finished watching. Pretty good movie, but at times it seemed like Eastwood & Cooper were too careful in trying not to tarnish Kyle's name. Overall it was good enough that I would normally watch again the next day, but f--- that...IT'S SCREENER SEASON, b------s! I'm going to watch The Gambler!
Jan 9, 2015 I'm really looking forward to seeing this. Not much else in the theatres peaks my interest I don't think.
Jan 10, 2015 Watched it last night...awesome movie but does anyone know how much of it is true...seemed really fake with the storyline throughout some of it during the war scenes
Jan 13, 2015 It was a pretty entertaining movie and well made. Bradley Cooper was good in it but the rest of the characters weren't really fleshed out. It was definitely pro-U.S. military propaganda and incredibly biased, but that's to be expected with Clint Eastwood. Spoiler The main "bad guy" was like a super villain when he was climbing up buildings and jumping across rooftops before killing Americans with ease. They also referred to the Middle-Easterners as "evil" and "savages" multiple times. Not saying the terrorists aren't bad, but pure evil doesn't exist, it's just different viewpoints. I'm sure they exaggerated how perfect the main guy was, but I don't want to criticize him since he did save American lives.
